Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the return, replacement, exchange, refund, cancellation, inspection, verification, and related post-purchase processes applicable to products purchased through https://tkcbazaar.com (the "Platform"), which is owned, operated, and managed by , operating under the trade name (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised provisions shall constitute acceptance of such revisions.

1. Policy Overview

The Company aims to facilitate a fair, transparent, commercially reasonable, and operationally practical process for addressing eligible return, replacement, and refund requests. However, not all products sold through the Platform are eligible for return, replacement, exchange, cancellation, or refund. Eligibility may vary depending upon product category, product condition, applicable law, Seller policies, operational limitations, hygiene considerations, safety concerns, regulatory requirements, and other relevant factors.

Users acknowledge that return and refund rights are not absolute and may be subject to verification, inspection, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, operational procedures, timelines, category-specific restrictions, and other conditions described in this Policy. Submission of a return request does not automatically guarantee approval, replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy.

The Company reserves the right to establish, modify, interpret, apply, enforce, suspend, or revise operational procedures relating to return requests, product inspections, quality assessments, fraud prevention measures, verification requirements, packaging standards, shipping arrangements, and refund processing activities. Such procedures may vary between product categories, Sellers, geographic regions, logistics networks, and operational circumstances.

Users are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, dimensions, technical details, images, color representations, usage instructions, and category-specific information before placing an order. Return requests based solely upon subjective preferences, expectations, assumptions, misunderstandings, or personal dissatisfaction may not qualify for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to investigate, review, approve, reject, suspend, limit, or otherwise manage return and refund requests where fraud concerns, abuse patterns, excessive return activity, policy violations, suspicious behavior, operational risks, or other legitimate business concerns are identified.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an eligible return, the applicable product must generally be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful delivery unless a different return period is expressly stated on the product page, communicated by the Seller, required by applicable law, or otherwise specified by the Platform. Return requests submitted after expiration of the applicable return window may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Company or Seller.

Products submitted for return must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in substantially the same condition in which they were originally delivered. Products should be returned together with original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates, protective materials, bundled components, promotional items, and any other materials originally included with the shipment.

The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to assess the condition, authenticity, completeness, functionality, packaging integrity, usage status, resale suitability, and return eligibility of products submitted for return. Products exhibiting signs of use, modification, tampering, misuse, damage, contamination, deterioration, unauthorized repair, missing components, or other conditions affecting resale eligibility may be rejected.

Users may be required to provide photographs, videos, order information, product identifiers, serial numbers, packaging evidence, shipment records, invoices, or other supporting documentation to facilitate evaluation of return eligibility. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay or prevent processing of the return request.

The Company reserves the right to conduct manual reviews, automated assessments, quality inspections, fraud prevention checks, authenticity verification procedures, and other evaluation processes before approving a return request. Approval of a return request may remain conditional until physical inspection of the returned product is completed.

Eligibility for return shall be determined based upon the totality of circumstances, including product category, return reason, condition of the product, compliance with Policy requirements, Seller obligations, operational feasibility, and applicable legal requirements.

3. Seven (7) Day Returnable Product Categories

Subject to compliance with this Policy, the following categories of products may generally be eligible for return within seven (7) calendar days from successful delivery, provided the products are returned in eligible condition and satisfy all applicable requirements described herein.

Eligible returnable categories may include fashion and apparel products, shirts, t-shirts, trousers, jeans, jackets, ethnic wear, western wear, children's clothing, footwear, sandals, formal shoes, casual shoes, sports shoes, handbags, backpacks, wallets, belts, fashion accessories, watches, sunglasses, and similar lifestyle products where return eligibility is not otherwise restricted.

Eligible returnable categories may further include home and kitchen products, household goods, home décor products, storage products, office supplies, stationery products, furniture accessories, organizational products, cleaning accessories, utility products, garden accessories, and similar merchandise categories, subject to inspection and verification requirements.

Certain electronics and technology products may be eligible for return where specifically designated as returnable on the product listing, subject to preservation of original packaging, accessories, seals, serial numbers, security labels, bundled components, and other category-specific requirements. Additional inspection procedures may apply to such products.

Sports and fitness accessories, toys and games, educational products, general merchandise products, automotive accessories, travel accessories, pet supplies, craft materials, hobby products, and other categories designated by the Platform as returnable may also qualify for return within the applicable return period, subject to compliance with this Policy.

The Company reserves the right to modify, expand, restrict, suspend, remove, or reclassify returnable product categories at any time based upon operational requirements, Seller arrangements, regulatory obligations, commercial considerations, product characteristics, abuse patterns, safety concerns, or marketplace requirements.

4. Return Request Procedure

Users seeking to initiate a return request must submit the request through the Platform, designated customer support channels, order management interface, or other authorized communication mechanisms made available by the Company. Return requests should generally be submitted within the applicable return window and should include all information reasonably necessary to identify the order, product, return reason, and supporting circumstances.

The Company may require Users to provide additional information, photographs, videos, packaging images, shipment details, defect evidence, product condition evidence, serial numbers, invoices, identity verification materials, or other supporting documentation necessary to evaluate the request. Users agree to cooperate with such requirements in good faith.

Following submission of a return request, the Company or applicable Seller may conduct an initial review to determine preliminary eligibility. Additional verification, investigation, communication, documentation review, or inspection procedures may be required before a final determination is made regarding the request.

Where a return request is approved, the Company or Seller may provide instructions regarding pickup arrangements, self-shipping procedures, packaging requirements, documentation requirements, drop-off locations, logistics coordination, shipment labeling, or other operational steps necessary to facilitate return processing.

Users shall remain responsible for ensuring that approved return shipments are properly packaged, protected, documented, and prepared for transportation in accordance with the instructions provided. Failure to comply with return instructions may result in delays, rejection of the return, loss of eligibility, shipment disputes, or other operational consequences.

Approval of a return request shall not automatically guarantee issuance of a refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, or other remedy. Final eligibility may remain subject to physical inspection, quality verification, authenticity review, condition assessment, policy compliance review, and completion of all applicable operational procedures.

5. Replacement Policy

In certain circumstances, the Company or the applicable Seller may offer a replacement remedy instead of a return or refund. Replacement eligibility may depend upon product category, inventory availability, nature of the issue reported, operational feasibility, Seller participation, product condition, applicable law, and other factors determined by the Company or Seller. Submission of a replacement request does not guarantee approval, issuance of a replacement product, or any particular outcome.

Replacement requests may generally be considered where a product is received in a damaged condition, contains manufacturing defects, arrives with missing components, materially differs from the product ordered, is delivered in a non-functional condition, or is otherwise determined by the Company or Seller to qualify for replacement under applicable operational standards. Additional verification procedures may be required before a replacement request is approved.

Users may be required to provide photographs, videos, serial numbers, packaging evidence, shipment information, defect descriptions, technical information, or other supporting documentation necessary to evaluate replacement eligibility. The Company reserves the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the reported issue and prevent abuse of replacement programs.

Where a replacement request is approved, the Company or Seller may arrange collection of the original product before dispatching a replacement unit. In certain cases, replacement products may be shipped only after the original item has been successfully returned, inspected, verified, and accepted. The sequence of such activities may vary depending upon operational requirements and product category.

Replacement products may be new, refurbished, repaired, repackaged, functionally equivalent, manufacturer-authorized replacements, or otherwise suitable substitutes as permitted by applicable law and operational practices. The Company shall not be obligated to provide an identical unit where such unit is unavailable or discontinued.

The Company reserves the right to provide refunds, store credits, account credits, alternative remedies, or no remedy at all where replacement inventory is unavailable, replacement requests cannot be validated, return conditions are not satisfied, or other circumstances make replacement impractical or commercially unreasonable.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Certain categories of products are generally ineligible for return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, or refund due to hygiene considerations, health and safety concerns, regulatory requirements, perishability, customization, digital delivery, operational limitations, risk of misuse, resale restrictions, or other legitimate commercial reasons. Users are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and category-specific information before placing an order.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, food products, grocery products, fresh produce, dairy products, frozen products, bakery products, confectionery products, beverages, nutritional products, perishable goods, agricultural products, and similar consumable items shall generally be treated as non-returnable once delivered. Such products may only qualify for review in exceptional circumstances involving delivery of materially incorrect, damaged, contaminated, or defective items.

Health-related products, medicines, healthcare items, wellness products, personal hygiene products, personal care products, cosmetics, skincare products, beauty products, grooming products, oral care products, intimate products, opened hygiene-sensitive products, and similar items may be designated as non-returnable due to safety, hygiene, regulatory, and quality assurance considerations.

Customized products, personalized products, made-to-order products, engraved products, monogrammed items, specially configured products, custom-printed merchandise, bespoke goods, personalized gifts, digital products, downloadable products, software licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, memberships, gift cards, gift vouchers, prepaid services, digital content, and similar products shall generally be non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, socks, face coverings, earphones, earbuds, wearable hygiene products, opened accessories involving personal contact, and other hygiene-sensitive items may be designated as non-returnable after delivery. Such restrictions are intended to protect health, safety, product integrity, and customer welfare.

The Company reserves the right to classify additional products, categories, brands, product types, promotional items, bundled items, clearance products, special-order merchandise, or limited-distribution products as non-returnable or non-refundable based upon operational requirements, Seller policies, regulatory obligations, abuse prevention considerations, or marketplace requirements. Such classifications may be disclosed on product pages, checkout pages, invoices, packaging materials, or other transaction-related communications.

7. Return Inspection, Verification and Quality Assessment

All products submitted for return, replacement, exchange, refund, or related remedies may be subject to inspection, verification, authentication, testing, evaluation, quality assessment, condition review, packaging review, documentation review, serial number verification, and other examination procedures deemed appropriate by the Company, Seller, logistics provider, manufacturer, service partner, or authorized inspection personnel.

Inspection procedures may occur at warehouses, fulfillment centers, service facilities, quality control centers, logistics hubs, authorized service locations, Seller facilities, or other designated operational locations. The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate location, methodology, standards, criteria, and personnel involved in the inspection process.

During inspection, the Company or Seller may assess whether the returned product corresponds to the original order, whether all accessories and components are present, whether the product has been used or altered, whether packaging remains intact, whether the product has suffered customer-caused damage, whether authenticity can be verified, and whether the return request satisfies applicable eligibility requirements.

Users acknowledge that inspection outcomes may differ from the User's description of the product condition. The Company and Seller shall be entitled to rely upon inspection findings, quality reports, technical assessments, photographic evidence, diagnostic results, serial number records, packaging assessments, and other operational evidence when determining eligibility for return-related remedies.

The Company reserves the right to utilize automated review systems, artificial intelligence tools, fraud prevention technologies, data analysis systems, account behavior reviews, transaction pattern analysis, risk scoring methodologies, and similar mechanisms to support return verification activities and identify suspicious or abusive conduct.

Inspection decisions shall generally be made in good faith based upon available evidence, operational standards, product characteristics, applicable policies, and relevant circumstances. Nothing in this Policy shall require the Company to accept a return solely because a return request was initially approved or because a product was physically received at a return facility.

8. Rejected Returns and Ineligible Return Requests

A return request may be rejected, denied, cancelled, restricted, suspended, or otherwise determined to be ineligible where the Company or Seller concludes that the applicable requirements of this Policy have not been satisfied. Return rejection decisions may be based upon product condition, missing components, evidence of use, policy violations, expired return windows, authenticity concerns, fraud indicators, operational limitations, legal restrictions, or other relevant factors.

Without limitation, returns may be rejected where products are found to be used, worn, washed, altered, damaged by the User, improperly handled, incompletely packaged, missing accessories, missing documentation, missing tags, contaminated, counterfeit, substituted, materially different from the originally delivered product, or otherwise inconsistent with return eligibility requirements.

The Company reserves the right to reject return requests involving excessive return behavior, repeated abuse of return programs, suspicious transaction patterns, policy circumvention efforts, fraudulent activities, unauthorized chargeback practices, manipulation of return systems, or other conduct reasonably believed to threaten marketplace integrity.

Where a returned product is determined to be ineligible, the Company or Seller may return the product to the User, retain the product pending further instructions, request additional documentation, require payment of return shipping charges, deny the requested remedy, or take other actions reasonably necessary to resolve the matter. The specific course of action may vary depending upon operational circumstances and applicable law.

Users acknowledge that rejection of a return request shall not necessarily entitle the User to compensation, damages, credits, reimbursements, replacement products, refunds, or other remedies. Decisions regarding rejected returns shall generally be based upon the available evidence, inspection findings, policy requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

The Company reserves all rights to investigate suspicious return activities, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, pursue civil remedies, suspend accounts, restrict transactions, recover losses, seek indemnification, or take any other action available under applicable law where fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct is identified in connection with return or refund activities.

9. Refund Policy

Subject to compliance with this Policy, applicable law, Seller requirements, operational procedures, inspection outcomes, and verification requirements, eligible Users may qualify for refunds in connection with approved return requests, approved cancellations, approved replacement failures, non-fulfillment events, or other circumstances determined by the Company or Seller to warrant refund consideration. Refund eligibility shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis and shall not arise automatically merely because a refund request has been submitted.

The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy, accuracy, completeness, authenticity, and eligibility of all refund requests prior to authorizing any refund. Such verification may involve transaction reviews, order validation procedures, payment verification activities, product inspections, return assessments, Seller consultations, fraud prevention measures, account reviews, logistics confirmations, and other operational processes reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

Refunds may be issued only after the applicable product has been successfully returned, received, inspected, verified, and approved by the Company or Seller, unless the Company determines that an alternative process is appropriate under the circumstances. Approval of a return request does not necessarily guarantee approval of a refund request, as final eligibility may depend upon inspection results and compliance with this Policy.

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount may be limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the applicable product or transaction. Shipping fees, handling fees, convenience charges, packaging fees, payment gateway charges, promotional benefits, discounts, platform fees, taxes, or other transaction-related amounts may be excluded from refund calculations where permitted by applicable law and disclosed operational practices.

The Company reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of original payment reversals, bank transfers, UPI transfers, payment gateway reversals, store credits, wallet credits, account credits, promotional credits, replacement benefits, or other commercially reasonable mechanisms depending upon payment method, operational feasibility, regulatory requirements, technical capabilities, and business considerations.

Nothing contained within this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an unconditional right to a refund. Refund eligibility shall remain subject to applicable laws, Platform policies, Seller obligations, operational requirements, inspection findings, fraud prevention measures, and other legitimate considerations identified during review of the request.

10. Refund Processing Timelines

Once a refund request has been approved and all required operational procedures have been completed, the Company or applicable Seller shall initiate the refund process using the refund mechanism determined to be appropriate under the circumstances. Actual refund timelines may vary depending upon payment methods, banking systems, financial institutions, payment processors, regulatory requirements, technical systems, and operational factors affecting settlement activities.

In general, approved refunds are expected to be processed within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of final approval. However, actual crediting of funds may require additional time depending upon the policies, procedures, processing capabilities, settlement cycles, verification requirements, and operational timelines of the relevant financial institution or payment service provider.

Users acknowledge that the Company does not directly control the internal processing timelines of banks, card networks, payment gateways, UPI service providers, wallet operators, financial institutions, or third-party payment processors. Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for delays occurring after a refund has been properly initiated through the applicable payment channel.

Refund status updates may be provided through account notifications, email communications, customer support channels, order history records, payment references, transaction records, or other communication methods determined by the Company. Availability and frequency of such updates may vary depending upon operational capabilities and payment infrastructure.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information, banking details, UPI identifiers, wallet information, account details, and other payment-related information associated with the original transaction remain valid and capable of receiving refunds. Delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, restricted, or invalid payment information shall not be the responsibility of the Company.

Where refund processing encounters technical issues, payment failures, verification concerns, regulatory restrictions, settlement limitations, account restrictions, or other operational complications, the Company reserves the right to undertake additional verification activities, request supplementary information, implement alternative refund methods, or otherwise take reasonable actions necessary to complete the refund process.

11. Order Cancellation Policy

Users may be permitted to request cancellation of orders before shipment, dispatch, fulfillment, packaging, allocation, processing, or other operational milestones determined by the Company or Seller. Cancellation eligibility may vary depending upon product category, order status, Seller policies, inventory allocation activities, logistics arrangements, customization status, payment status, and other transaction-specific factors.

The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to decline cancellation requests where products have already entered fulfillment processes, been allocated for shipment, been dispatched, been packaged for transportation, been customized, been manufactured specifically for the User, or otherwise progressed beyond stages where cancellation remains operationally feasible.

Certain categories of products, including customized products, personalized products, made-to-order products, special-order products, digital products, subscription services, downloadable products, software licenses, gift cards, prepaid services, and other designated categories may not be eligible for cancellation once an order has been placed or processing has commenced.

The Company further reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion where fraud concerns, payment failures, compliance issues, inventory shortages, pricing errors, technical errors, operational constraints, legal requirements, regulatory concerns, Seller limitations, transportation restrictions, or other circumstances make fulfillment impractical, inappropriate, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.

Where an eligible cancellation is approved prior to shipment and no additional operational complications exist, the Company may process a refund in accordance with the refund provisions contained in this Policy. Refund timelines for cancelled orders shall generally be subject to the same processing standards applicable to other approved refunds.

Cancellation rights described herein are intended to supplement, and not limit, any rights that may be available to Users under applicable consumer protection laws where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Exceptions, Abuse Prevention and Policy Misuse

The Company reserves the right to investigate, monitor, review, restrict, suspend, deny, limit, or otherwise manage return, replacement, cancellation, and refund activities for the purpose of preventing abuse, fraud, manipulation, misrepresentation, policy circumvention, operational misuse, financial loss, marketplace disruption, or other conduct that may adversely affect the Platform, Sellers, logistics providers, customers, or business operations.

Examples of conduct that may be considered abusive include excessive return activity, repeated cancellation patterns, false claims of defects, submission of altered or substituted products, fraudulent damage claims, unauthorized chargebacks, misuse of promotional programs, return fraud schemes, intentional policy exploitation, repeated refusal of deliveries, coordinated abuse activities, or other conduct reasonably believed to be inconsistent with legitimate marketplace usage.

The Company may utilize transaction monitoring systems, fraud prevention technologies, behavioral analytics, account reviews, risk assessment methodologies, historical transaction analysis, documentation reviews, identity verification procedures, artificial intelligence tools, and other reasonable measures to identify potentially abusive conduct and protect marketplace integrity.

Where suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized conduct is identified, the Company reserves the right to reject requests, suspend accounts, restrict marketplace privileges, limit future transactions, recover losses, pursue civil remedies, seek indemnification, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, provide information to regulatory bodies, or take any other action available under applicable law.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall require the Company to provide refunds, replacements, returns, exchanges, credits, compensation, reimbursements, or other remedies where the Company reasonably concludes that a request is fraudulent, abusive, unsupported by available evidence, inconsistent with operational records, or otherwise ineligible under applicable policies and laws.

The rights described in this section are cumulative and shall exist in addition to all other rights, remedies, protections, defenses, and enforcement mechanisms available to the Company under applicable law, contract, equity, or other legal principles.

Users are encouraged to provide complete, accurate, and detailed information when contacting customer support in order to facilitate timely review and resolution of requests. The Company reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, evidence, photographs, videos, invoices, payment records, identity verification materials, or other supporting information where reasonably necessary.
