Vendor Policy

This Vendor Policy ("Policy") establishes the operational standards, marketplace requirements, seller conduct expectations, compliance obligations, and performance requirements applicable to all vendors, sellers, merchants, manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and business entities ("Vendor", "Seller", or "Merchant") participating on https://tkcbazaar.com and all associated marketplace services operated by , operating under the trade name ("Company", "Platform", "Marketplace", "We", "Us", or "Our").

This Policy forms an integral part of the Seller Terms and Conditions and applies to all Vendor activities conducted through the Platform. All Vendors are required to comply with this Policy at all times. Failure to comply may result in warnings, listing restrictions, payment holds, suspension, account termination, legal action, or other enforcement measures deemed appropriate by the Company.

1. Vendor Conduct Standards

Vendors shall conduct business professionally, ethically, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws and marketplace standards. Vendors are expected to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance throughout their participation on the Platform.

Vendors shall not engage in fraudulent conduct, deceptive practices, misleading representations, abusive behavior, harassment, manipulation of marketplace systems, customer exploitation, unfair trade practices, or activities likely to damage customer trust or marketplace integrity.

All interactions with customers, Company representatives, logistics partners, payment providers, service providers, and other Vendors shall be conducted respectfully and professionally.

2. Product Quality Requirements

All products offered through the Platform must be genuine, authentic, legally sourced, safe, marketable, and compliant with applicable laws and industry standards.

Vendors shall ensure that products are free from undisclosed defects, contamination, damage, unauthorized modifications, safety hazards, expired shelf life, counterfeit branding, misleading packaging, or material non-conformities.

Products received by customers must substantially match the specifications, descriptions, images, quantities, packaging, quality standards, and representations contained within the product listing.

The Company reserves the right to investigate product quality complaints, request supporting documentation, conduct audits, obtain samples, remove listings, suspend products, or terminate Vendor participation where quality concerns arise.

3. Product Listing Rules

Vendors shall provide accurate, complete, truthful, and current information in all product listings. Product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, videos, certifications, warranties, ingredients, technical information, dimensions, compatibility information, and pricing details must accurately represent the product being sold.

Vendors shall not use misleading keywords, deceptive product titles, false certifications, manipulated images, inaccurate descriptions, unauthorized trademarks, competitor brand names, misleading comparisons, or promotional claims that cannot be substantiated.

Duplicate listings, spam listings, keyword stuffing, search manipulation techniques, or artificial visibility enhancement practices are strictly prohibited.

4. Inventory and Fulfillment Requirements

Vendors shall maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that products listed as available are genuinely available for sale and fulfillment.

Orders must be processed, packed, and shipped within the timelines prescribed by the Platform. Vendors shall maintain adequate inventory, operational capacity, staffing, and logistics arrangements necessary to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Repeated order cancellations due to stock shortages, inventory inaccuracies, fulfillment failures, or operational deficiencies may result in account restrictions, penalties, suspension, or termination.

Vendors shall ensure that products are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transportation and delivery.

5. Customer Service Obligations

Vendors shall respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, return requests, refund requests, replacement requests, warranty claims, and other customer communications routed through the Platform.

Vendors shall cooperate with customer support teams, dispute resolution processes, investigations, return procedures, and customer protection measures implemented by the Company.

The Company may monitor customer satisfaction metrics, complaint rates, response times, dispute resolution effectiveness, return rates, refund rates, and service quality indicators for purposes of evaluating Vendor performance.

6. Prohibited Vendor Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling prohibited products.
  • Selling counterfeit or infringing products.
  • Manipulating reviews or ratings.
  • Posting fake reviews.
  • Creating fake customer accounts.
  • Artificially inflating sales figures.
  • Circumventing marketplace fees.
  • Processing transactions outside the Platform.
  • Misusing customer information.
  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Providing false business information.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Price manipulation or deceptive pricing.
  • Harassing customers or Company personnel.
  • Interfering with marketplace operations.
  • Using automated tools to manipulate marketplace systems.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Responsibilities

Vendors shall maintain all licenses, registrations, permits, certifications, approvals, tax registrations, and regulatory authorizations required for lawful operation of their business and sale of their products.

The Company may request compliance documents, licenses, GST records, product certifications, authorization letters, invoices, safety certifications, testing reports, or other supporting documentation at any time.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in listing restrictions, payment holds, suspension, or account termination.

8. Marketplace Performance Standards

The Company may establish performance standards relating to shipment timelines, order fulfillment rates, cancellation rates, return rates, customer satisfaction, dispute resolution, inventory accuracy, response times, compliance performance, product quality, and other operational metrics.

Vendors are expected to consistently maintain performance levels that support a positive customer experience and efficient marketplace operations.

Where performance falls below acceptable standards, the Company may require corrective action plans, impose temporary restrictions, increase monitoring, withhold settlements, remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate participation.

9. Enforcement Actions

The Company reserves the right to investigate any Vendor activity that may violate this Policy, Seller Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, customer protection requirements, or marketplace standards.

Enforcement actions may include warnings, listing removals, product restrictions, settlement holds, account limitations, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, legal proceedings, reporting to regulatory authorities, recovery of losses, or any combination of such actions.

The Company's determination regarding violations, enforcement actions, operational risks, compliance concerns, customer protection matters, or marketplace integrity issues shall be final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law.
