Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation of orders placed through https://tkcbazaar.com and all associated websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, services, and marketplace functionalities (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by , operating under the trade name ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

The Platform operates as a multi-vendor marketplace where products may be offered and fulfilled by independent sellers, merchants, manufacturers, distributors, brands, and service providers ("Sellers"). This Policy describes the circumstances under which orders may be cancelled by Users, Sellers, or the Company and the consequences of such cancellations.

By placing an order through the Platform, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Cancellation Policy together with the Platform's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Customer Cancellation Rights

Users may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been shipped, dispatched, handed over to a logistics provider, courier partner, transportation carrier, fulfillment center, delivery network, or otherwise entered the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or marked as ready for shipment, cancellation shall generally no longer be permitted.

The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to determine the shipment status of an order based on operational records, warehouse systems, logistics systems, fulfillment systems, shipping confirmations, courier updates, tracking records, and other relevant operational information. Such records shall be treated as authoritative for purposes of determining cancellation eligibility.

Users acknowledge that cancellation requests are not automatically approved upon submission. A cancellation request shall be considered approved only when confirmation is communicated through the Platform, email, SMS, customer support channels, or other authorized communication methods.

Where an order contains multiple products, some products may already have entered the shipping process while others remain eligible for cancellation. In such circumstances, partial cancellation may be permitted for eligible items while shipped items remain subject to the applicable Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

The Company shall not be liable for losses, expenses, inconvenience, missed opportunities, business interruptions, or other consequences resulting from a User's inability to cancel an order after it has entered the shipping process.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders shall generally become ineligible for cancellation immediately upon shipment, dispatch, handover to a courier partner, transfer to a logistics provider, assignment of tracking information, fulfillment completion, warehouse release, or other operational events indicating that the product has entered the delivery process.

The Company reserves the right to reject cancellation requests for products that have already been packed, prepared for dispatch, allocated for shipment, transferred to fulfillment facilities, or otherwise progressed beyond stages where cancellation remains operationally feasible.

Customized products, personalized products, made-to-order products, special-order items, digital products, downloadable products, software licenses, subscriptions, prepaid services, gift cards, gift vouchers, and other designated product categories may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has commenced, even if shipment has not yet occurred.

Products sold during special promotional campaigns, flash sales, clearance events, liquidation events, bulk purchases, business orders, or limited-time offers may also be subject to category-specific cancellation restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

The Company and Sellers reserve the right to determine cancellation eligibility based upon operational feasibility, product characteristics, inventory allocation status, business requirements, regulatory obligations, and applicable laws.

3. Seller and Company Cancellation Rights

The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before delivery where reasonably necessary to protect operational integrity, marketplace security, compliance obligations, customer interests, business continuity, or legal requirements.

Orders may be cancelled due to inventory shortages, stock unavailability, pricing errors, listing errors, technical failures, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, identity verification concerns, compliance requirements, transportation restrictions, force majeure events, operational limitations, product discontinuation, Seller unavailability, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The Company may also cancel orders where inaccurate information has been provided by the User, payment authorization fails, security concerns arise, transactions appear suspicious, regulatory restrictions apply, or fulfillment becomes impossible, impractical, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.

Cancellation of an order by the Company or Seller shall not constitute an admission of fault, breach of contract, or acceptance of liability. The sole remedy available to the User in such circumstances shall generally be a refund of amounts successfully received for the cancelled portion of the order, where applicable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse future transactions, restrict account privileges, impose additional verification requirements, or suspend marketplace access where repeated cancellation-related abuse, fraud, policy violations, or operational risks are identified.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation request is approved before shipment and payment has been successfully received, eligible refunds may be processed in accordance with the Platform's Return and Refund Policy. Refund eligibility, processing timelines, payment methods, verification requirements, and related procedures shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy.

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method, UPI transfer, bank transfer, payment gateway reversal, wallet credit, store credit, account credit, or other refund mechanisms determined by the Company based on operational feasibility and payment infrastructure requirements.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending upon banking systems, payment gateways, financial institutions, settlement cycles, verification procedures, technical systems, and operational requirements. Users acknowledge that actual crediting of funds may take additional time after refund initiation.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, UPI service providers, wallet operators, financial institutions, regulatory requirements, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

No refund shall be payable for orders that have already been shipped and become ineligible for cancellation, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved under the Return and Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation Request Procedure

Users seeking to cancel an eligible order should submit a cancellation request through the Platform, account dashboard, order management section, customer support channels, or other communication methods authorized by the Company. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after order placement.

The Company may require order identification details, account verification, transaction references, contact information, identity verification, or other supporting information necessary to process cancellation requests and prevent unauthorized cancellation activities.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee successful cancellation. Requests shall remain subject to review, operational verification, shipment status confirmation, Seller coordination, fraud prevention procedures, and other relevant requirements.

The Company reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that contain inaccurate information, unauthorized instructions, fraudulent activity indicators, verification failures, policy violations, or other circumstances affecting eligibility.

Users are responsible for monitoring order status and acting promptly where cancellation is desired. Delays in submitting cancellation requests may result in loss of cancellation eligibility if shipment activities commence before the request can be processed.

6. Abuse Prevention and Policy Misuse

The Company reserves the right to investigate, monitor, review, restrict, suspend, or deny cancellation requests where suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, excessive, or unauthorized activity is identified. The Company may implement fraud prevention systems, account reviews, transaction monitoring procedures, behavioral analysis tools, and other measures intended to protect marketplace integrity.

Examples of abusive conduct may include repeated order placement followed by cancellation, inventory blocking activities, promotional abuse, fraudulent transactions, coordinated cancellation schemes, payment manipulation, Seller disruption activities, or other conduct reasonably believed to adversely affect marketplace operations.

Where abuse is identified, the Company may suspend accounts, restrict purchasing privileges, require additional verification, reject future cancellation requests, recover losses, cooperate with authorities, pursue legal remedies, or take other actions available under applicable law.

The Company's rights under this section are cumulative and shall exist in addition to all other rights, remedies, protections, and enforcement mechanisms available under applicable laws, contracts, and Platform policies.
