Shipping Policy
Last updated: 1st June 2026
This Shipping Policy ("Shipping Policy") governs the shipping, dispatch, logistics, transportation, fulfillment, and delivery-related aspects of products purchased through https://tkcbazaar.com (the "Platform"), which is owned, operated, and managed by , operating under the trade name (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of the contractual framework governing transactions conducted through the Platform and applies to all Users, customers, purchasers, recipients, account holders, and other persons who place orders through the Platform.
By placing an order through the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Shipping Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify, revise, supplement, replace, amend, suspend, or discontinue any portion of this Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised provisions shall constitute acceptance of such revisions.
1. Shipping Policy Overview
The Platform operates as a technology-enabled marketplace through which products may be offered by independent sellers, merchants, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, brands, service providers, and commercial entities ("Sellers"). Shipping, dispatch, transportation, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery services relating to products purchased through the Platform may be performed directly by Sellers, logistics partners, courier companies, freight operators, transportation providers, warehousing partners, fulfillment agencies, delivery networks, or other independent service providers engaged for such purposes.
The Company may facilitate coordination between Users, Sellers, logistics providers, and delivery partners through technological systems, communication channels, tracking tools, order management infrastructure, and operational processes. However, unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company does not itself operate as a courier service, transportation provider, freight operator, warehousing company, postal service, delivery agency, or logistics carrier.
Users acknowledge that shipping and delivery operations involve multiple independent parties, technological systems, transportation networks, operational dependencies, infrastructure providers, and external factors. Accordingly, actual shipping performance may vary depending upon the location of the recipient, product characteristics, inventory availability, logistical constraints, transportation conditions, infrastructure availability, operational capacity, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, and other relevant circumstances.
The Company reserves the right to determine, modify, replace, suspend, prioritize, or discontinue shipping arrangements, fulfillment methods, logistics providers, warehousing solutions, transportation channels, delivery mechanisms, operational workflows, or related services in accordance with business requirements, operational considerations, legal obligations, commercial arrangements, technological developments, or risk management requirements.
Nothing contained within this Shipping Policy shall be interpreted as creating a guarantee regarding delivery dates, transportation methods, carrier selection, fulfillment processes, delivery performance, route selection, transit duration, delivery outcomes, or logistics service levels except where expressly required by applicable law.
Users further acknowledge that estimated shipping timelines, transit estimates, dispatch estimates, delivery projections, and related information displayed on the Platform are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes and should not be construed as legally binding commitments, guarantees, warranties, or assurances of actual delivery performance.
2. Order Processing
Upon successful placement of an order through the Platform, the order may undergo multiple operational, technical, commercial, security, verification, compliance, fraud prevention, inventory validation, payment confirmation, and fulfillment readiness checks before processing for shipment. The initiation of order processing does not necessarily indicate that the order has been accepted, dispatched, packed, shipped, or transferred to a logistics provider.
Order processing activities may include payment verification, account verification, address validation, inventory confirmation, product allocation, packaging preparation, shipment planning, fraud assessment, regulatory compliance checks, documentation generation, internal approvals, and coordination with fulfillment or logistics partners. The duration required to complete such activities may vary depending upon operational requirements and transaction-specific circumstances.
The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to delay, suspend, review, investigate, verify, reject, cancel, modify, split, consolidate, or otherwise alter orders where necessary for fraud prevention, inventory management, compliance obligations, operational integrity, legal requirements, security concerns, risk mitigation, or business continuity purposes.
Users acknowledge that processing times may vary based on product categories, inventory location, warehouse capacity, operational workload, business days, public holidays, seasonal demand, promotional events, inventory reconciliation activities, system maintenance, transportation planning requirements, and other factors affecting fulfillment operations.
Orders containing multiple products may be processed through separate facilities, warehouses, fulfillment centers, inventory locations, or logistics networks. Consequently, different items within a single order may be processed independently and may become eligible for shipment at different times.
The Company shall not be liable for delays occurring during processing activities where such delays arise from verification procedures, inventory constraints, regulatory requirements, security reviews, technical issues, operational limitations, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company or applicable Sellers.
3. Shipping Methods and Logistics Partners
The Platform may utilize a variety of shipping methods, transportation models, courier services, freight solutions, logistics providers, fulfillment agencies, warehousing networks, delivery partners, and transportation technologies depending upon the nature of the product, delivery location, operational requirements, service availability, transportation feasibility, and commercial considerations applicable to a particular order.
The Company reserves the right to select, appoint, engage, replace, suspend, modify, or discontinue logistics providers, courier companies, transportation carriers, delivery networks, fulfillment partners, warehousing operators, freight service providers, and related operational vendors at its sole discretion. Such decisions may be based upon service quality, operational efficiency, cost considerations, geographic coverage, transportation capacity, technological integration, compliance requirements, or other business factors.
Users acknowledge that different shipping methods may offer varying transit times, delivery frequencies, service capabilities, geographic coverage, handling procedures, operational restrictions, delivery schedules, and transportation conditions. Availability of particular shipping options may vary depending upon product characteristics, order value, destination location, inventory source, package dimensions, transportation regulations, and carrier capabilities.
The Company does not guarantee that any specific logistics provider, courier service, transportation carrier, delivery partner, shipping route, or fulfillment method will be available for every order. Operational circumstances may require shipment through alternative providers, modified transportation channels, consolidated delivery routes, or adjusted fulfillment processes.
Users further acknowledge that logistics providers operate independently and may maintain their own operational procedures, transportation standards, delivery practices, handling protocols, communication systems, service limitations, verification requirements, and operational policies. The Company shall not be responsible for independent operational decisions made by such third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.
Where tracking facilities are available, shipment updates may be generated through integrations with logistics systems, carrier networks, transportation databases, or fulfillment infrastructure. Availability, frequency, accuracy, and completeness of tracking information may vary depending upon carrier capabilities, technical integrations, system synchronization processes, and operational circumstances.
4. Delivery Areas and Service Availability
Shipping and delivery services offered through the Platform may be available only in selected geographic locations, serviceable regions, operational zones, postal codes, cities, districts, states, territories, or other designated delivery areas. Availability of shipping services may depend upon logistical feasibility, transportation infrastructure, operational coverage, carrier capabilities, legal restrictions, regulatory requirements, and business considerations.
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to determine, expand, limit, modify, suspend, discontinue, or redefine serviceable delivery areas at any time and without prior notice. Service availability may change due to operational requirements, infrastructure conditions, carrier network adjustments, transportation constraints, safety concerns, governmental directives, weather events, or other relevant circumstances.
Certain locations may be classified as remote areas, extended service zones, difficult-to-access regions, restricted territories, high-risk locations, or operationally sensitive destinations. Orders destined for such locations may be subject to additional verification procedures, extended transit times, supplemental charges, delivery limitations, modified transportation arrangements, or other operational requirements.
The Company reserves the right to decline shipment, restrict delivery, require additional verification, impose operational conditions, or cancel orders where delivery cannot reasonably be completed due to geographic limitations, infrastructure constraints, legal restrictions, safety concerns, transportation limitations, force majeure circumstances, or other operational challenges.
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and accessibility of the delivery location provided during checkout. Submission of an address does not constitute confirmation that the location is serviceable or that delivery can be completed under all circumstances.
Where delivery services are unavailable for a particular location, the Company or applicable Seller may, at its discretion, offer alternative delivery arrangements, modified fulfillment options, revised shipping methods, or order cancellation where necessary to address operational limitations.
5. Shipping Charges, Handling Fees and Related Costs
Shipping charges, transportation fees, delivery fees, logistics costs, handling charges, packaging fees, convenience charges, remote area surcharges, fuel surcharges, operational fees, fulfillment fees, and other shipping-related costs may be applicable to orders placed through the Platform. Such charges may vary based on product characteristics, order value, package dimensions, delivery location, transportation requirements, carrier selection, shipping method, promotional eligibility, operational costs, or other relevant factors.
The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to determine, modify, revise, introduce, suspend, remove, or adjust shipping-related charges at any time in accordance with operational requirements, transportation costs, business considerations, carrier pricing structures, market conditions, or other commercial factors. Any applicable charges shall generally be disclosed during the checkout process prior to completion of the transaction.
Users acknowledge that shipping costs may be calculated using a variety of factors, including but not limited to weight, volumetric weight, package dimensions, product category, transportation distance, destination region, service level, carrier requirements, packaging requirements, handling complexity, delivery frequency, and operational conditions affecting shipment execution.
Promotional shipping programs, subsidized delivery offers, discounted shipping campaigns, free shipping thresholds, loyalty benefits, marketplace incentives, or shipping-related promotional arrangements may be introduced, modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued by the Company at any time. Eligibility for such programs shall be determined in accordance with applicable promotional terms and operational requirements.
Certain shipments may require specialized handling, enhanced packaging, additional verification procedures, special transportation arrangements, oversized freight solutions, temperature-controlled logistics, regulatory compliance measures, or other operational accommodations that may result in additional charges. Users agree to bear such charges where disclosed during the ordering process or otherwise communicated in accordance with applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors, calculation inaccuracies, system-generated discrepancies, technical malfunctions, display issues, or billing irregularities affecting shipping-related charges. In such circumstances, the Company may adjust applicable charges, seek confirmation from the User, revise order details, or take other actions reasonably necessary to address the issue while preserving operational and commercial integrity.
6. Delivery Timelines and Estimated Transit Periods
The Platform may display estimated dispatch dates, estimated shipping periods, estimated transit durations, estimated delivery windows, projected arrival dates, service-level estimates, or other delivery-related information for the convenience of Users. Such estimates are generated using historical data, carrier information, operational assumptions, logistics availability, inventory status, destination details, transportation routes, and other relevant factors available at the time of order placement. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all such estimates are indicative only and shall not constitute contractual commitments, guaranteed delivery dates, warranties, representations, service-level obligations, or legally binding assurances.
Users acknowledge that actual delivery timelines may vary significantly from estimated delivery schedules due to operational requirements, inventory allocation procedures, warehouse processing delays, carrier limitations, route optimization decisions, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, infrastructure limitations, labor shortages, regional restrictions, security reviews, regulatory inspections, and other circumstances affecting shipment movement.
The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to modify estimated delivery dates, revise shipment schedules, update transit projections, delay dispatch activities, alter transportation routes, or implement alternative fulfillment arrangements where reasonably necessary to address operational realities or unforeseen circumstances. Such modifications may occur before or after shipment initiation and may be communicated through the Platform, email, SMS, account notifications, or other available communication channels.
Users further acknowledge that delivery estimates are dependent upon information provided by independent logistics partners, courier companies, freight operators, transportation networks, and fulfillment providers. The Company does not independently control all stages of the transportation process and therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or continued validity of estimated delivery information provided by third parties.
Certain products, categories, regions, delivery zones, promotional campaigns, seasonal periods, high-demand events, inventory shortages, operational constraints, or force majeure events may result in extended processing and transit periods beyond normal expectations. The existence of such delays shall not automatically constitute a breach of any obligation by the Company unless expressly required under applicable law.
Users agree that delivery estimates should be treated as approximate projections rather than guaranteed commitments and should not be relied upon for critical business activities, commercial deadlines, personal events, contractual obligations, regulatory filings, professional engagements, or time-sensitive activities where delayed receipt may result in inconvenience, loss, or damages.
7. Shipment Tracking and Status Updates
Where tracking functionality is available, the Platform may provide shipment tracking information, transportation updates, delivery progress notifications, status changes, location information, dispatch confirmations, estimated arrival information, or related logistics data for the convenience of Users. Such information may be generated through integrations with third-party logistics providers, carrier systems, fulfillment technologies, transportation databases, operational infrastructure, or external information sources.
The Company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, consistency, or uninterrupted accessibility of tracking information displayed through the Platform. Tracking information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, interrupted, unavailable, or otherwise affected by technical limitations, synchronization delays, communication failures, carrier systems, infrastructure issues, or operational constraints.
Users acknowledge that shipment tracking systems depend upon data generated and transmitted by independent logistics providers. The Company generally does not control the frequency, format, timing, quality, methodology, or availability of updates generated by such providers and shall not be responsible for discrepancies between displayed tracking information and actual shipment status.
Shipment status descriptions such as "Processing", "Packed", "Dispatched", "In Transit", "Out for Delivery", "Delivered", "Attempted Delivery", "Returned", "Delayed", "Pending Verification", or similar labels are intended solely for informational purposes and may not reflect every operational event occurring within the logistics network. Such labels should not be interpreted as comprehensive records of all shipment activities.
The Company reserves the right to modify tracking features, discontinue tracking services, change information providers, alter update frequencies, revise status classifications, restrict access to shipment information, or otherwise adjust tracking functionality in accordance with technological, operational, commercial, security, or regulatory requirements.
Users are encouraged to monitor shipment status using available tracking tools and to promptly report significant discrepancies, delivery concerns, unusual tracking events, suspected shipment issues, or other delivery-related concerns through the Company's designated support channels where appropriate.
8. Delivery Attempts and Receipt of Shipments
Delivery of products purchased through the Platform may be performed by independent logistics providers, courier companies, freight operators, transportation carriers, delivery personnel, fulfillment agents, or other authorized service providers. Delivery personnel may undertake one or more delivery attempts depending upon carrier policies, operational requirements, geographic conditions, service limitations, product characteristics, recipient availability, or other circumstances affecting successful delivery.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the recipient, authorized representative, business location, residential address, reception area, security desk, facility management personnel, or other designated receiving party is reasonably available to accept delivery during expected delivery periods. Failure to make reasonable arrangements for receipt of shipments may result in delays, additional delivery attempts, storage charges, return processing, order cancellation, or other operational consequences.
Delivery personnel may require identity verification, recipient confirmation, delivery acknowledgment, signature collection, one-time passwords, authorization codes, photographic evidence, security validation, business credentials, or other reasonable verification procedures before releasing a shipment. Users agree to cooperate with such procedures where applicable.
Where permitted by operational policies and applicable law, deliveries may be completed through alternative delivery arrangements, including delivery to reception desks, building management offices, security personnel, mailrooms, designated collection points, neighboring recipients, parcel lockers, pickup locations, or other authorized delivery points. Users acknowledge that such arrangements may involve additional risks and operational considerations.
Once a shipment has been delivered to the delivery address provided by the User or accepted by a person reasonably appearing to be authorized to receive the shipment, delivery may be deemed complete for operational purposes. The Company reserves the right to rely upon carrier records, delivery confirmations, signatures, photographic evidence, digital acknowledgments, GPS records, verification logs, or other documentation as evidence of delivery.
The Company shall not be responsible for circumstances arising after successful delivery has been completed, including loss, theft, misplacement, unauthorized access, mishandling, deterioration, relocation, damage occurring after receipt, or similar events occurring outside the reasonable control of the Company and its logistics partners.
9. Failed Deliveries, Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be considered undeliverable, unsuccessfully delivered, refused, rejected, abandoned, unclaimed, inaccessible, incomplete, or otherwise incapable of successful delivery for a variety of reasons including inaccurate address information, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, access restrictions, security concerns, transportation limitations, regulatory restrictions, force majeure circumstances, inability to verify recipient identity, failure to provide required information, or other operational obstacles encountered during the delivery process.
Where a shipment cannot be successfully delivered, the applicable logistics provider may undertake additional delivery attempts, hold the shipment at a local facility, return the shipment to the origin location, redirect the shipment, contact the recipient for additional information, impose storage procedures, or take other actions consistent with operational policies and transportation requirements.
Users acknowledge that additional costs, delays, handling charges, redelivery fees, storage fees, administrative charges, transportation expenses, or operational costs may arise in connection with failed deliveries, repeated delivery attempts, address corrections, shipment retrieval efforts, redirection requests, or return logistics processes. Where permitted under applicable law, such costs may be charged to the User.
The Company and applicable Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders, decline future transactions, restrict delivery options, require advance verification, suspend certain account privileges, impose operational limitations, or take other protective measures where repeated failed deliveries, refusal patterns, inaccurate address submissions, fraudulent activities, or operational risks are identified.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, missed opportunities, business interruptions, inconvenience, expenses, or other consequences arising from failed deliveries where such failures result from inaccurate information provided by the User, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, access limitations, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
Users are encouraged to promptly respond to communications from logistics providers, verify delivery information, monitor shipment status, and cooperate with reasonable requests intended to facilitate successful completion of delivery activities.
10. Customer Responsibilities and Delivery Information
Users bear sole responsibility for providing complete, accurate, current, accessible, and deliverable shipping information at the time an order is placed. Such information may include recipient names, organization names, address details, postal codes, contact numbers, landmarks, building information, access instructions, business operating hours, delivery preferences, or other details reasonably necessary for shipment fulfillment and delivery.
Users represent and warrant that all delivery information submitted through the Platform is accurate and authorized for use in connection with the applicable transaction. The Company and applicable Sellers may rely upon such information without conducting independent verification except where required by applicable law or operational necessity.
Users are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are reasonably accessible, legally serviceable, safe for delivery personnel, compliant with applicable laws, and capable of receiving shipments through ordinary transportation and delivery methods. Delivery personnel shall not be obligated to enter unsafe premises, violate security protocols, ignore access restrictions, bypass legal requirements, or undertake unreasonable risks in order to complete a delivery.
Where additional information, documentation, authorization, identity verification, location clarification, security approvals, business credentials, regulatory records, or recipient confirmations are reasonably required to facilitate delivery, Users agree to provide such information in a timely and accurate manner. Failure to do so may result in shipment delays, delivery failures, additional verification procedures, operational restrictions, or cancellation of delivery attempts.
Users acknowledge that changes to delivery information after order placement may not always be possible and may require additional verification procedures, carrier approvals, operational reviews, administrative processing, transportation adjustments, or other logistical actions. The Company shall have no obligation to accommodate address changes, recipient modifications, delivery preference changes, or shipment rerouting requests once fulfillment activities have commenced.
The Company reserves the right to rely upon the information submitted by Users and shall not be liable for losses, delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, operational complications, transportation issues, misdeliveries, or other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unauthorized, or otherwise defective delivery information provided by the User.
11. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Responsibility
The risk of loss, theft, damage, deterioration, destruction, misplacement, unauthorized access, accidental harm, or other adverse events affecting products purchased through the Platform shall transfer to the User upon successful delivery of the shipment to the delivery address provided during the ordering process or upon delivery to a recipient, representative, collection point, security desk, reception area, mailroom, parcel locker, pickup facility, authorized third party, or other delivery destination reasonably associated with the delivery instructions provided by the User.
For the purposes of determining completion of delivery, the Company and applicable Sellers may rely upon delivery confirmations, electronic acknowledgements, carrier records, signature records, photographic evidence, geolocation data, delivery logs, scanning records, verification records, transportation system updates, or other documentation maintained by logistics providers. Such records shall constitute prima facie evidence that delivery was completed unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Users acknowledge that once delivery has been completed, responsibility for storage, handling, transportation, usage, maintenance, safekeeping, protection, preservation, and security of the products shall rest solely with the User or recipient. The Company shall have no obligation to monitor, supervise, insure, protect, replace, recover, locate, or otherwise assume responsibility for products after successful delivery.
Where Users request alternative delivery arrangements, including delivery to unattended locations, building entrances, reception desks, neighbors, security personnel, mail collection points, parcel lockers, or similar locations, the User expressly assumes any additional risks associated with such arrangements. The Company shall not be liable for events occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with the instructions provided by the User.
Users further acknowledge that acceptance of a shipment by a person reasonably appearing to be authorized to receive deliveries at the designated location may be treated as valid delivery. The Company shall not be responsible for disputes arising between recipients, household members, employees, agents, contractors, property managers, business representatives, family members, or other persons associated with the delivery location regarding possession, ownership, handling, or receipt of delivered products.
Nothing contained in this section shall limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws; however, to the fullest extent permitted by law, risk and responsibility shall transfer as described herein upon completion of delivery activities.
12. Delays Beyond Reasonable Control
The Company, Sellers, logistics providers, fulfillment partners, transportation carriers, warehousing operators, and associated service providers may occasionally experience delays resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Such delays may affect order processing, shipment dispatch, transportation activities, delivery schedules, tracking updates, communication processes, operational performance, or related fulfillment activities.
Examples of circumstances that may result in shipping or delivery delays include adverse weather conditions, floods, storms, earthquakes, natural disasters, public health emergencies, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, fuel shortages, governmental actions, regulatory restrictions, customs inspections, road closures, infrastructure failures, power outages, cyber incidents, technology failures, carrier limitations, operational constraints, inventory shortages, security concerns, or force majeure events of any nature.
Users acknowledge that shipping networks depend upon numerous interconnected systems, transportation channels, infrastructure providers, technology platforms, operational personnel, governmental agencies, and commercial service providers. Delays affecting any component of such networks may influence overall delivery performance and shipment timelines.
The Company reserves the right to modify estimated delivery dates, adjust shipping schedules, reroute shipments, change logistics providers, suspend delivery operations, implement alternative fulfillment arrangements, or otherwise respond to circumstances affecting transportation and delivery services. Such actions may be taken without prior notice where operationally necessary.
The Company shall not be liable for losses, damages, expenses, costs, missed opportunities, business interruptions, reputational harm, inconvenience, or other consequences arising directly or indirectly from shipping delays attributable to events beyond its reasonable control or the reasonable control of applicable Sellers and logistics providers.
Users are encouraged to allow reasonable flexibility when planning activities dependent upon shipment arrival and should avoid relying upon estimated delivery dates for critical business, contractual, regulatory, commercial, personal, or time-sensitive obligations.
13. Partial Shipments and Split Deliveries
Orders placed through the Platform may contain products supplied by different Sellers, fulfilled from different warehouses, stocked in separate inventory locations, processed through independent fulfillment centers, or transported through different logistics networks. As a result, products included within a single order may be shipped separately, delivered independently, or arrive on different dates.
The Company reserves the right to split, consolidate, prioritize, sequence, delay, accelerate, combine, separate, or otherwise organize shipments in a manner deemed operationally appropriate. Such decisions may be based on inventory availability, warehouse locations, transportation efficiency, packaging requirements, product characteristics, carrier capacity, regulatory considerations, or other logistical factors.
Users acknowledge that split shipments may result in multiple tracking numbers, separate delivery attempts, distinct transportation routes, independent carrier assignments, individual shipment notifications, separate delivery confirmations, or staggered arrival dates. The occurrence of split deliveries shall not be interpreted as evidence of incomplete fulfillment or operational error.
The Company may, but shall not be obligated to, provide shipment-specific tracking information, dispatch notifications, estimated arrival dates, or status updates for individual packages associated with an order. Availability of such information may depend upon carrier capabilities, technical integrations, and operational processes.
Where products are delivered in multiple shipments, each shipment may be treated as an independent delivery event for operational, administrative, transportation, documentation, and verification purposes. Acceptance of one shipment shall not necessarily indicate that all products associated with the order have been delivered.
Users agree that the Company shall not be liable for inconvenience, administrative burdens, scheduling challenges, additional receipt requirements, or other consequences arising from split deliveries where such deliveries are reasonably necessary to facilitate fulfillment and transportation activities.
14. Shipping Restrictions and Delivery Limitations
Certain products, categories of goods, destinations, geographic regions, customer profiles, business sectors, delivery locations, transportation routes, or operational circumstances may be subject to shipping restrictions, delivery limitations, transportation regulations, licensing requirements, compliance obligations, safety standards, carrier policies, or other legal and operational requirements.
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, decline, limit, delay, cancel, or otherwise modify shipping services relating to any product, category, order, destination, recipient, business activity, account, or transaction where such action is considered necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational standards, transportation policies, safety considerations, risk management requirements, or business objectives.
Users acknowledge that some products may be subject to special handling requirements, transportation restrictions, quantity limitations, packaging standards, age verification requirements, licensing conditions, destination prohibitions, documentation requirements, or carrier-specific operational limitations. Such restrictions may vary depending upon jurisdiction, product characteristics, transportation mode, or legal requirements.
The Company shall not be obligated to provide shipping services to locations that are inaccessible, unsafe, restricted, prohibited, operationally impractical, commercially unreasonable, legally restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation activities. Determinations concerning service availability shall be made at the Company's sole discretion or in accordance with applicable carrier requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that products ordered through the Platform may lawfully be shipped to and received at the intended destination. The Company shall not be liable for delays, restrictions, cancellations, confiscations, regulatory actions, or other consequences resulting from legal limitations applicable to specific destinations or product categories.
The Company reserves the right to require additional documentation, declarations, authorizations, licenses, permits, certifications, acknowledgements, or compliance-related information where necessary to facilitate lawful shipment and delivery activities.
15. Amendments to Shipping Policy
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to amend, revise, supplement, replace, update, modify, suspend, remove, expand, consolidate, restate, or otherwise alter this Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable legal requirements. Such modifications may be implemented to reflect changes in operational practices, logistics arrangements, transportation technologies, carrier relationships, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, commercial considerations, or business objectives.
Users acknowledge that shipping operations are dynamic and may require ongoing adjustments to procedures, service availability, operational standards, transportation methods, delivery practices, compliance frameworks, and related policies. Accordingly, the Company may periodically update this Shipping Policy to address evolving circumstances affecting marketplace fulfillment activities.
Revised versions of this Shipping Policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a different effective date is expressly specified. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the Shipping Policy and remaining informed regarding applicable provisions.
Continued placement of orders, use of shipping-related services, participation in marketplace transactions, or use of the Platform following publication of revised provisions shall constitute acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy and agreement to remain bound by its terms.
No waiver, amendment, modification, exception, deviation, or accommodation relating to this Shipping Policy shall be binding upon the Company unless expressly documented in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
The Company's failure to enforce any provision of this Shipping Policy shall not be interpreted as a waiver of rights, limitation of remedies, acceptance of non-compliance, or relinquishment of authority concerning future enforcement activities.
16. Contact Information and Final Provisions
Users who have questions, concerns, requests for clarification, shipment-related inquiries, delivery concerns, logistics issues, transportation questions, address correction requests, operational concerns, or other matters relating to this Shipping Policy may contact the Company through the communication channels specified below.
The Company may maintain records of shipping-related communications, inquiries, support requests, investigations, delivery issues, logistics interactions, operational reviews, carrier communications, and related correspondence for legal, compliance, operational, evidentiary, quality assurance, customer service, business continuity, and recordkeeping purposes.
Nothing contained within this Shipping Policy shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, fiduciary duty, joint venture, transportation contract, warehousing agreement, carrier relationship, or other legal relationship beyond the rights and obligations expressly described herein.
If any provision of this Shipping Policy is determined to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or otherwise ineffective by a court, tribunal, regulatory authority, or competent governmental body, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
This Shipping Policy shall be read together with other applicable policies, notices, agreements, operational procedures, and legal documents published on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency, the Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate interpretation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
